Comfort Inn Santa Cruz

The room was fine for the two of us. Our original plans were for 4 and I think that would have been a little crowded. Breakfast was good and well stocked - yummy waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit. Would it be possible to offer half and half for tea and coffee? Staff was friendly and helpful. I called to ask about shortening our stay by one night and Amy explained that would be possible in spite of our promotion price. When we arrived, I asked the staff member at the desk who thought that wouldn’t be possible without raising the rate. When I checked out, the wonderful and helpful Amy was at the desk and was able to help us with our request. Thanks so much!

Coming from the UK, my wife commented “I love it. It’s exactly what I pictured for an American motel road trip”. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, the pool area was clean and sunny. The bedroom was a good size and very clean.

Good price for Santa Cruz. Good breakfast. Pool. Comfy big bed. Nice shower. Tall water bottles fit in sink. Refrigerator and microwave. Spacious room. Ice machine by pool. Good selection for breakfast. Location was good.

breakfast was good. We stayed during ironman weekend . Some of your guests were quite rude and took over the entire breakfast room leaving no room for any other guests to move around. a group of 20 men took every table and i was standing on a corner of your bar to eat when i went to get some coffee they took over my space and i had to leave and eat in my room.

I loved how friendly the staff was and it was clean. The breakfast was super convenient. My step son really loved the skyline in the bathroom. I enjoyed their family room and the patio. It was perfect for my family of 4.
